Upcoming: Make Art Saturday East Meets West
October 19 @ 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Draw out the letters of your name and watch intricate patterns and design emerge. Then have fun watching as your identity transforms from and abstract artwork into a beautiful colorful Japanese Crane. Facilitated by Lauren Okano
Hawai’i Craftsmen at DAC During October
Selected artists from Hawai’i Craftsmen will display work through October at DAC. On First Friday, there is an artists reception and also a special day on October 5 where DAC will be open for the Hispanic Festival, with activities and art booths on the sidewalks outside, and the Craftsmen Show available to view on the inside. Please join us for the festivities and come see the show!

Hispanic Heritage Festival and Health Fair will be coming to Downtown Chinatown on Nuuanu Street between Chaplain and Hotel Streets on October 5 10 am – 5 pm. Please join us in celebration!
